Leo Trippi offer award-winning luxury ski holidays and catered ski chalets. They commissioned us to completely overhaul their digital presence. Aside from a visual refresh, our brief was to improve usability for website visitors and increase conversion rates. Our initial research and strategy phase focused on investigating their potential customers and mapping the way users made decisions as they progressed through the sales process.
